Terms of Service
Effective August 27, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the websites, ordering forms, customer portals, and related services (collectively, the "Services") offered by Everyday Steve LLC ("Everyday Steve," "we," "us," or "our"), a Nevada limited liability company based in Las Vegas, NV. By visiting our sites, submitting an order or request, or using any Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
1. What We Offer
Everyday Steve provides business websites and trade-authority content (a custom website plus a library of articles about your trade), EDDM postcard mail campaigns ("Print + Mail"), the Ask the Expert phone-call service described below, and related services we may introduce from time to time. The specific scope, pricing, and terms of each order are as described on the relevant order page or as confirmed with you directly before any payment is collected.
2. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us (business details, contact information, photos, and anything else submitted through an order form or portal) and for keeping any sign-in access to your own portal secure.
3. Orders, Payment & Billing
Where an order requires payment up front, pricing is as shown at checkout. Where an order says no payment is required up front (for example, a Small Business Platform request), we'll follow up to confirm every detail before any charge is made. Recurring services (such as a Small Business Platform subscription) bill automatically on a recurring basis at the rate shown when you signed up, until canceled. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor (currently Stripe); we don't store your full payment card details ourselves.
You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for — we don't provide refunds for the unused portion of a current billing period, and setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or as we agree in writing.
4. Ask the Expert
Ask the Expert is a phone-call service available to active Small Business Platform subscribers: one included question per monthly billing cycle, answered by a real phone call at a time you choose, with the option to purchase additional questions. It is general information only, provided informally and to the best of our knowledge at the time of the call — it is notlegal, medical, financial, tax, or other licensed professional advice, and using it does not create any professional-client relationship (attorney-client, doctor-patient, accountant-client, or otherwise). For anything with real legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences, please consult a qualified, licensed professional. We do our best to give useful, accurate answers, but you're responsible for how you use any information we provide, and we're not liable for decisions made based on it.
5. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the business information, photos, and other content you submit to us. By submitting it, you give us permission to use it to build and operate the Service you ordered (for example, using your submitted photos and business description on the website we build for you). You confirm you have the right to submit that content and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights.
6. Acceptable Use
Please don't use the Services to submit anything unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive; to try to access another customer's account or data; to interfere with how the Services operate; or to misuse the Ask the Expert service for anything outside its intended, good-faith use (one real household or business asking real questions, not an attempt to resell or automate access to it).
7. Intellectual Property
Once a website or article library you've ordered is delivered and paid for, it's yours to use for your business. Everyday Steve retains ownership of our own underlying platform, tools, templates, and any content we publish on our own sites (including this one) that wasn't built specifically for you.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is." We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we don't guarantee the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any particular search-ranking or business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everyday Steve LLC won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective" date above reflects the latest version. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
