Everyday Steve

Your restaurant deserves better than a pile of disconnected tools.

Everyday Steve builds and manages the menu, inventory, and reservation systems independent restaurants run on—without asking you to become a software expert or take on another monthly platform. We also build the website that ties it all together.

Industrial Grade AI

AI is a tool. You are still in charge.

AI is software that learns patterns from lots of examples. When you give it a question or a task, it uses those patterns to suggest an answer, write something, or help plan the next step. It does not think or feel like a person, and it can make mistakes, so a human should always review important decisions.

The term Industrial Grade AI was coined in 2024 by Steven Morono, the founder of Everyday Steve.

Industrial Grade AI—IGA—is not about handing your business to a machine. It is about giving you and your team practical tools that create leverage, while judgment, responsibility, and the final decision stay with the people running the restaurant.

A horse and buggy can get you there. So can walking. But a car lets you cover more ground, carry more, and spend your energy where it matters. Traditional work is still honorable; the right tool helps you adapt as the work changes and do more with the time and people you have.

Everyday Steve uses AI to help build, organize, remember, predict, and guide—and puts those capabilities in your hands. This is your chance to use the tools, train your team, and move forward instead of being left behind.

Why Everyday Steve

The right middle ground for an independent restaurant.

Not DIY

Website builders make the software affordable, but the setup, writing, images, integrations, and updates still land on you. We handle them.

Not an agency project

Get a custom restaurant experience without starting with a large one-time project and finding someone else for every update.

Not an enterprise stack

You get the customer-facing systems you need without being pushed into a pile of unrelated features and add-ons.

A real partner

Your website, menu, and reservations are built around your restaurant and maintained by a person who knows your business.

One radio ad included

We produce a polished ad for your restaurant using your voice with explicit consent, or a preset voice you choose.

Start with a website

Build your restaurant system one useful piece at a time.

Every restaurant starts with a custom website. Then you can add only the tools you need. We set them up, connect them, and manage them for you.

Your foundation

Restaurant Website

A custom, managed website built around your restaurant, your story, and the way your guests find you. We organize the key details guests need—your menu, hours, location, story, photos, and ways to book or contact you.

Google setup is included. For local searches, your Google Business Profile is often the first listing a guest sees—before they visit your website. We help create or clean up your profile, connect your website and location details, and work with you through Google's verification step so your restaurant is listed locally on Google Search and Maps. Your profile is the local front door; your website gives guests the fuller story and supports broader local search.

Before we start

Simple things we need from you.

A clear handoff helps us build the right experience without guesswork.

  • Your basics: restaurant name, address, hours, phone, email, and booking details.
  • Your content: menu text, prices, photos, logo, brand colors, and approved story copy.
  • Your Google access: the restaurant owner or an authorized manager must own or approve the Google Business Profile. Google may send a verification postcard or request another verification method; when that happens, you keep the mail and share the verification code with us securely so we can finish the setup together.
  • Your access: a domain, social or booking accounts, and one person who can review and approve changes.
  • Your decisions: which services are included, what the site should say, and who can approve updates.

If something is missing, we will flag it early and agree on the next step. We do not publish unapproved prices, claims, or content.

Clear scope and costs

You know what we manage—and what is billed separately.

Included in your agreed scope

We build the selected service, make the agreed updates, and provide a clear way to request support. We will tell you when a request is outside the plan before doing extra work.

Pass-through costs

You pay third parties for things your plan uses: hardware, printing and postage, SMS messages, payment processing, domains, hosting, or other vendor fees. We identify these costs first; vendor prices can change.

Plans are billed on the schedule we agree to. We will explain setup fees, recurring fees, taxes, pass-through costs, renewal timing, and how to pause or end service before work begins.

Working expectations

People stay in charge.

Privacy

Share only the information needed for the work. We explain which vendors receive data and what each service needs.

AI and voice

AI can make mistakes. You review important output. We use a person’s voice only with clear permission, and you can choose a preset voice.

Ownership

Your approved brand content, menu content, and photos remain yours. We can list any license or vendor limits before launch.

Billing

No surprise add-ons: we confirm changes, recurring charges, and third-party costs before they are used.

These are plain-language project expectations, not legal advice or a substitute for a signed agreement. We will put your final scope and pricing in writing.

Core service

Buy what meets your standards. Know what you have.

Build a practical shopping list for the places you already trust—whether that means Sam's Club, Costco, a local supplier, or a mix of all three. Pick up what makes sense for your restaurant and avoid paying for delivery when you don't need it.

Track perishables, dry goods, paper products, cleaning supplies, and more with quick barcode scans or hands-free voice counts. Set par levels, spot what needs replenishing, and keep purchasing connected to the operation.

Core service

Fewer no-shows. More regulars recognized.

Let guests book online any time, not just during business hours. Your team manages the floor plan, seating, and waitlist from one place, and optional deposits protect your prime-time tables from no-shows.

Every reservation builds a guest record—visit history, preferences, special occasions—so your host and servers can recognize regulars and make return guests feel expected, not anonymous.

A la carte

Give every new hire a playbook—and a voice in their ear.

Add restaurant-specific SOPs and hands-free AI assistance for temporary and new employees. They get guided steps for front-of-house and back-of-house work, can ask questions aloud, and know when a supervisor needs to take over.

Built from an approved SOP library, customized to your menu and operation, with human escalation for safety-sensitive situations.
